Job description
- Manage ServiceNow platform upgrades and patch deployments in accordance with strict change control and approval processes
- Configure and maintain platform settings including system properties, email configurations, integrations, scheduled jobs, and security controls
- Implement and enforce access controls, user roles, and authentication mechanisms in alignment with applicable security policies
- Monitor system performance, capacity, and availability; proactively identify and resolve platform-level issues
- Develop, maintain, and enforce platform documentation, runbooks, and standard operating procedures
- Lead incident response efforts for ServiceNow platform issues and participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB) activities
- Provide technical leadership, guidance, and training to administrators, developers, and end users
- Ensure ongoing compliance with applicable federal and DoD security standards (e.g., NIST, FedRAMP, DoD policies), * Active Department of Defense Secret security clearance required at time of hire
- Applicants may be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
- U.S. citizenship is required due to the nature of classified work performed
Workplace Options
- Hybrid work arrangement with a minimum of three days on-site per week, or full-time on-site
- On-site work will be performed with the SDA team in Scottsdale, Arizona

Requirements
Do you have experience in Systems engineering?, Do you have a Master's degree?, Our DoD/Aerospace client is seeking a ServiceNow Platform Administrator in Scottsdale, AZ (Hybrid). In this role, you will manage, maintain, and secure the ServiceNow platform for mission-critical Space Force environments, ensuring compliance with federal and DoD security standards. You will lead platform upgrades, enforce access controls, monitor performance, and provide technical leadership to administrators and users. To be considered, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or related STEM field (or equivalent experience), ServiceNow CSA certification, 5+ years of ServiceNow administration experience, and an active Secret clearance. U.S. citizenship is required., * Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or a related Science, Engineering, Technology, or Mathematics (STEM) discipline
- OR 5+ years of relevant job-related experience
- OR Master's degree plus 3+ years of job-related experience
- Agile experience preferred
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required
- 5+ years of ServiceNow platform administration experience
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and IT Service Management (ITSM) principles
- Experience supporting ServiceNow in air-gapped or classified environments strongly preferred
- Active security clearance or ability to re-qualify immediately
