Sr. Lead - Programmer Analyst

Work in the insurance domain with a focus on organizational deliverables, best practices, and client management using various methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, partner products, tools, and platforms. Lead and execute projects & solutions for insurance customers. Design and implement solutions according to business requirements using technologies like OneShield Dragon Designer, Designer Web Services, data modeling Oracle and PLSQL etc. Design & deploy insurance products, workflows, actions, business rules, rating, and forms mapping using the OneShield Dragon Designer. Lead the implementation of new software or version upgrades, utility apps and monitoring tools. Develop and manage asynchronous jobs, nightly batches, and database maintenance jobs. Collaborate with engineers to provide input for application architecture diagrams, component diagrams, and technical specifications for overall solution. Develop & manage components for CI/CD using tools like Gitlab and Soap UI. Involved with data architects for database model, schema & index optimizations. Work with Infrastructure teams for environment setups, including databases, servers, repositories etc. as needed for project planning and execution.

Bachelor's degree (or equiv) in CompSci, Information Technology, Engg (Comp/Mech/Electronic), or related field, plus 5 years of experience in occupation involving similar duties/technical capabilities. Must be willing to relocate and work anywhere in the U.S.
