Job description
Assist customers via phone/email with application and hardware issues. Applications include, but are not limited to, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe Acrobat Pro. Hardware support includes laptops, printers and accessories. Assist clients with connectivity and web browsing issues. Some hands on cleaning, diagnosing, repairing, and imaging laptops and accessories will be required.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, Phillips Managed Support Services is looking to hire talented, dependable, Helpdesk Technicians (Bilingual is a plus). We are offering Full-Time hours, Paid Time Off, Full benefits, remote hybrid schedules are available after training, some in office hours are required., The candidate should have strong communication skills and demonstrate proficiency in troubleshooting application and hardware issues remotely. The position will work within a call center setting as well as a computer repair center. Strong team player and exceptional customer service skills necessary., * Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus)
- Strong understanding of connectivity and Internet-related issues
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Experience with Microsoft Windows 10/11
- Experience with Microsoft Office Products
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Exchange/Office 365 a plus
- Ability to manage and utilize ticketing systems
