Senior Design Engineer

• Develop 3D models and drawings in SolidWorks, including cleaning up older designs
• Review drawings from junior team members to make sure they can be built correctly and efficiently
• Help train and guide drafters and junior engineers to improve their skills
• Review customer requirements and make sure designs will work and stay within budget
• Keep projects on track with timelines, scope, and costs
• Support product testing and make sure designs hold up in real-world conditions
• Create clear documentation and help reverse engineer parts when needed

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred)
• 5+ years of experience
• Strong proficiency with SolidWorks and 3D modeling.
• Ability to read, interpret, and create engineering drawings and specifications.
• Experience working in a manufacturing or product development environment.
