Job description
AIQIP Inc. is hiring a ServiceNow CMDB Governance Lead for enterprise engagements. This role will lead the governance, quality, and strategic alignment of the ServiceNow CMDB, ensuring adherence to CSDM and enterprise-wide data standards.
Responsibilities
Define and enforce CMDB governance policies, standards, and processes
Drive data quality, normalization, reconciliation, and compliance
Monitor CMDB health KPIs (accuracy, completeness, duplicates, etc.)
Align CMDB with CSDM and enterprise service architecture
Collaborate with Discovery, Service Mapping, and integration teams
Lead governance forums, stakeholder engagement, and training
Implement automation for validation, certification, and reconciliation
Requirements
10+ years in ITSM/ITOM environments
Strong expertise in ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, CSDM
Experience in governance frameworks, audits, and data quality management
ITIL v4 preferred; ServiceNow CSA required (CIS preferred)
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
