As our CRM Specialist - IT Systems Analyst, your day flows from design to delivery: you'll meet with stakeholders to define the "happy path," configure CRM modules that reflect reality (not just defaults), cleanse and validate data so reports tell the truth, build dashboards that spotlight trends and opportunities, craft automations that remove rework, document the changes in plain language, and host bitesize training so adoption sticks-leaving teams faster, more aligned, and delighted that the system finally works like they do. If you can do this and meet the following requirements, you might be a perfect fit!
Requirements
- Strong CRM integration and implementation expertise
Having 3+ years of CRM experience (Salesforce, ServiceTitan, or similar) is preferred but not required to become our CRM Specialist - IT Systems Analyst!
