If you enjoy working with data, building reports, and figuring things out - this is an opportunity to grow into a key role within Quality and Compliance.
You'll work directly with leadership, gain exposure to audits and regulatory processes, and have the ability to take ownership of reporting and improve how things are done.
This position is best suited for individuals who have developed core professional skills and are ready to take on increased ownership and growth.
What You'll Be Doing
- Build and improve Excel reports, trackers, and dashboards
- Gather and validate data across teams (not just desk work - you'll get real visibility into operations)
- Support audit preparation and compliance tracking
- Identify gaps in data and follow through to resolve them
- Help improve reporting processes and create simple training tools, * Take ownership of reporting and data systems
- Get hands-on experience with audits and compliance
- Build processes and training materials
- Grow your technical and analytical skillset

Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in a structured environment (admin, manufacturing, warehouse, quality, etc.)
- Strong Excel skills or the drive to quickly learn advanced functions (Excel foundational understanding is strongly preferred)
- Comfortable working with data, details, and follow-ups
- Clear, professional communicator
- Willing to step into operational/shop areas to verify information
