AI Automation Engineer - Claude / Anthropic + Google Workspace Integration

We are looking for an experienced AI automation specialist who can work with Claude (Anthropic) to build automation systems that streamline our internal operations, marketing production, and customer communication workflows.

This role will begin with several high-impact automation projects and has the potential to become an ongoing partnership managing and expanding AI-driven systems across both companies.

Current Technology Environment

Our current tools and systems include:

• Claude Projects (active prompt libraries and brand voice documentation)
• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
• Direct mail marketing production workflows
• Staff training documents and scripts
• Customer communication systems and follow-up messaging

What We Need Built

The initial focus will be on designing and implementing practical automation systems, including

Direct Mail Automation

• Generate city-specific mailers automatically from show schedules
• Maintain brand voice and formatting consistency
• Reduce manual design and document production work

Customer Communication Automation:

• Post-event follow-up emails
• Thank-you messages for attendees Re-engagement email sequences for past customers Internal Operations Automation
• Show scheduling workflows
• Inventory and reporting systems
• Workflow coordination between events and the corporate office

Content and Training Systems:

• Staff scripts generated from brand voice documentation
• Training materials and operational documents built using AI systems

Future phases may include:

• AI-powered customer support or chatbot tools
• CRM automation and integrations
• Marketing automation systems, * Identify the highest-impact workflows
• Build and test automation systems
• Evaluate results
• Expand across both businesses

We are interested in building a long-term relationship with someone who can continue improving and expanding these systems over time.

We are looking for someone with real-world experience building AI automation systems for operating businesses., * Strong knowledge of Claude / Anthropic and the Anthropic API

• Experience building LLM workflow automation systems
• Experience integrating AI tools with Google Workspace
• Google Apps Script or similar automation tools
• API integrations and workflow automation pipelines

Bonus Experience

• Direct mail marketing automation
• CRM systems and automation
• Event-based businesses or operations
• Prompt engineering and brand voice systems
