Job description

The HRIS Manager is responsible for analyzing, designing, configuring, testing, and deploying Workday HR solutions to meet the business requirements of clients. Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to clients on best practices, system configuration, and implementation methodology, and collaborate with technical consultants to ensure successful integration of Workday with other systems., * Will be responsible for leading the end-to-end administration, design and support of Workday with focus on Compensation, Payroll and Time Tracking Functional Area's

  • Lead Workday projects including configuration of business processes, testing, troubleshooting and execution of new functionality and enhancements
  • Serve as a proven resource in defining and evaluating requirements, managing priorities across multiple functional areas and global locations
  • Serving as a trusted resource in Workday with hands-on troubleshooting, testing, and training
  • Provide overall project management for HR technology projects, implementations, designs and deployments
  • Develop and maintain internal clients (Payroll, IT, HR) and external vendor relationships
  • Problem solve and troubleshoot complex issues across multiple platforms with knowledge of downstream impacts of functionality.
  • Support case management and resolution on day-to-day tasks
  • Identify and communicate new capabilities within the Compensation, Payroll and Time Tracking functional area's either as part of Bi-annual Workday Upgrade or Workday Functional Roadmaps

Requirements

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily., * 5 years experience with Workday HCM with a minimum of 2 years of Workday Compensation and Payroll experience.

  • Advanced knowledge of HR processes and experience working with global team
  • Previous Human Resources functional experience
  • The individual is expected to have additional hands-on experience with Workday modules Core HCM, Talent Management, Security, and reporting.
  • Knowledge in any of the following modules Absence Management, Talent Management, Reporting and Analytics are advantageous
  • Strong presentation, communication, listening, and consultative skills to guide and drive discussions
  • Strong project management skills, time management skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task competing priorities
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to evaluate current state, identify opportunities for improvement and execute a roadmap to drive change
  • Discretion in dealing with confidential information
  • Staying up-to-date: Keeping abreast of the latest Workday releases and updates, best practices, and industry trends to provide the most effective solutions to clients
  • Ability to break down complex concepts and clearly explain them to people at all levels
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate across several workstreams

Benefits & conditions

$109,250.00 - $149,500.00 USD Salary

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by several factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for bonus, commission, equity or other variable compensation.
