The Sr. IT Manager plays a critical role in ensuring our systems, infrastructure, and data are secure, reliable, and aligned with business needs., This role is both strategic and hands-on, responsible for leading IT operations across multiple locations while supporting the day-to-day needs of employees and leadership. The IT Manager ensures systems run efficiently, supports continuous improvement, and helps drive Caldera's evolution into a more scalable, technology-enabled organization., * Oversee daily IT operations, including network, servers, systems, and end-user support
- Ensure system uptime, performance, and reliability across all locations
- Manage hardware and software lifecycle, including procurement, installation, and maintenance
- Maintain and support ERP, HRIS (e.g., UKG), and other business-critical systems
Cybersecurity & Compliance
- Develop and enforce IT security policies, procedures, and best practices
- Monitor systems for vulnerabilities and respond to security incidents
- Ensure compliance with applicable data protection and industry standards
- Manage backups, disaster recovery plans, and business continuity processes
Vendor & SaaS Management
- Manage IT vendors, service providers, and consultants
- Administer SaaS applications including licensing, renewals, and usage
- Support contract tracking and vendor performance monitoring
Team Leadership & Support
- Lead and develop IT staff or external vendors/service providers
- Provide hands-on support for escalated technical issues
- Establish service levels and ensure timely resolution of IT requests
- Promote a customer-service mindset within IT support
Systems & Projects
- Lead IT-related projects, including system implementations, upgrades, and integrations
- Partner with HR, Finance, and Operations on system improvements and automation
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve efficiency and scalability
- Support onboarding/offboarding processes, including system access and equipment setup
Budget & Cost Management
- Manage relationships with IT vendors, consultants, and service providers
- Negotiate contracts and monitor vendor performance

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of progressive IT experience, including systems administration and network management
- 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role preferred
- Experience in a manufacturing or multi-site environment strongly preferred
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, servers, and cloud environments
- Experience with cybersecurity frameworks and best practices
- Familiarity with ERP systems and HRIS platforms (UKG experience a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft environments (Office 365, Active Directory, etc.)
