As a Fullstack software engineer, you will collaborate with our product and operations teams to design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end systems. You'll work across multiple platforms, integrating third-party tools and services, and ensuring our applications are scalable, reliable, and user-friendly. Experience in home services or related industries is a strong plus., * Develop and maintain cross-platform applications using Flutter, React, or similar frameworks.
- Build and manage backend services with Firestore, PostgreSQL, and other databases.
- Design and implement automated workflows using tools like Zoho and Zapier.
- Collaborate with product, design, and operations teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- Integrate AI-powered tools or APIs to enhance automation, data analysis, and customer interactions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and usability.
- Stay current with emerging technologies, AI trends, and best practices in fullstack development.

Experience with AI-powered tools and integrations is a strong plus, as we are exploring intelligent automation and data-driven enhancements to improve customer experience and operations., * 3-5 years of professional experience in fullstack development.
- Proficiency in Flutter and Dart or a comparable cross-platform framework.
- Experience with Firestore, PostgreSQL, or similar databases.
- Familiarity with workflow automation platforms like Zoho and Zapier.
- Solid understanding of front-end (UI/UX) and back-end development principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
- Previous experience in home services, field service management, or related industries.
- Experience developing full-stack and mobile applications using tools like Xcode and Android Studio to support home service operations.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployments, and serverless architecture.
