Job description

  • Solution Architecture: Ability to design, build, and deploy conversational solutions for customer service or internal IT
  • Voice Bot Development: Expertise in speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and designing natural, human-like voice conversations.
  • NLP & Machine Learning: Strong background in Natural Language Processing, intent recognition, and entity extraction.
  • Integration Skills: Experience connecting bots to backend systems via APIs (REST, SOAP, XML).

Requirements

  • The candidate should have strong experience working with Amelia (Sound Hound) for Service Desk Automation.
  • Should have created Automation solutions using Chat-bots and IVA Bots in Amelia.
  • Must have strong experience integrating Amelia with tools like AWS Connect, Backend APIs, Webhooks, ITSM tools like ServiceNow, Jira, Rally, Contact center technologies, ADS, SSO, LDAP, Scripting in Python Javascript, React Js.
  • Should have good communication skills and should have worked in Onshore - Offshore model
