Job description
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Technology Data Analyst that drives oversight, governance, and management of critical data to support business needs, initiatives, and strategies. Consult with data product, data integrity, technology, and business partners to set standards, policies and practices for data flow, data framework, data access, documentation, quality and remediation.
In this role, you will:
- Apply your deep expertise in ITSM data and processes to deliver salient insights and mature analytics practices across Wells Fargo Technology
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate ambiguous business problems into well-defined analytical and technical solutions
- Design, support, and optimize automated dataflows powering self-service reporting for Incidents, Changes, and Problems
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow dashboards and operational reporting to deliver near real-time visibility into operational health
- Architect and manage complex Power BI semantic models, ensuring performance, reusability, and governance
- Present insights and recommendations to senior and executive leadership, tailoring communication to technical and non-technical audiences
- Establish and promote data quality monitoring, analytical best practices, and thorough documentation
Requirements
- 5+ years of Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 2+ years of data visualization and reporting (Microsoft Power BI preferred)
- 2+ years of experience working with ServiceNow data constructs
- 1+ years of experience generating analytics content for senior leadership, * Bachelors degree or higher in STEM subject (Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Cyber Security preferred)
- 2+ years working with data-focused programming language (SQL, Python, R, SAS, etc)
- 1+ years working with AI
- 1+ years working with Microsoft Fabric
