Requirements

  • Will have experience working with multiple clients with diverse environments
  • Experience installing, configuring, and administering MS Windows 10 laptops/desktops
  • Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Strong working knowledge with Office 365 applications including OneDrive and Sharepoint
  • Experience with user account management, Active Directory, O365 Account, and MFA.
  • Experience with VoIP phones, setup, management
  • Will have a basic understanding of computer networking (TCP/IP, DNS, WIFI)
  • Must be a team player, detail-oriented, flexible, and able to meet established deadlines.
  • Will have strong, demonstrated communication and customer service skills are a must.

Education

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
  • Course training or degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.

Certifications

  • Any MS Windows 7 or 10 certification preferred
  • A++ Certification

Requirements

  • Pass criminal background
  • Ability to lift computers (up to 40 lbs.), overall agility is needed to perform deskside support tasks.
  • This position requires local travel to and from our downtown Indianapolis office. Must have a valid driver's license and auto insurance., * High school or equivalent (Preferred), * Help desk: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Windows: 1 year (Preferred)
