Systems Administrator

Seeking a hands-on Lead IT Systems Administrator to architect, secure, and scale enterprise IT infrastructure in a defense/aerospace engineering environment. This role owns end-to-end cloud infrastructure, networking, endpoint management, security compliance, automation, and enterprise systems administration across AWS GovCloud, Microsoft 365 GCCH, Windows, Linux, and macOS environments. Strong experience implementing NIST SP 800-171, CMMC, IAM, MDM, endpoint security, VPNs, VLANs, firewalls, disaster recovery, and infrastructure automation required. Candidates should have deep expertise supporting engineering toolchains, PLM systems, Jira, version control platforms, and secure collaboration environments. Strong scripting/automation experience with PowerShell, Python, or Bash essential. This is a high-ownership technical leadership role requiring independent decision-making and experience building secure IT infrastructure from the ground up.
