Job description
The IT System Support Specialist is responsible for performing and providing all functions related to bank hardware, software, and applications, including, but not limited to, maintenance and installation of business hardware, applications/software as needed., * Fulfills a key role in providing Tier 1 & 2 support for internal staff for hardware and software solutions.
- Deploy new hardware for new employees and replace antiquated hardware in a timely manner.
- Miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Requirements
Do you have experience in System maintenance?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, * Associate's degree or greater in relevant field required
- Preferred 1-2 years' experience
- Preferred Certifications
- A+
- Network+
- Security+
- Preferred Previous Banking Experience
- Preferred Experience in:
- Jack Henry Silverlake
- Office365 - including Exchange Online, Team, OneDrive, SharePoint, Active Directory
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels or coworkers
- Effective analytical and problem resolution skills and highly effective communication skills
- Broad understanding of information technology networks and applications
- General knowledge of information security practices, regulations, policy, and technology best practices
- Highly developed analytical skills
- Provides exceptional customer service
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Detail oriented
- Self-motivated
- Maintains composure while handling a variety of duties, deadlines, and employee/customer needs
