Your Responsibilities: * Develop automation of our processes and enable self-service capabilities * Support Integrating order & lifecycle processes into ServiceNow platform * Identify and implement optimization potentials in our processes and toolings and propose possible solutions * Keep tool, software and library versions up to date * Implementation & improvement of CI/CD pipelines to automate testing and deployment * Design and establish test automation concepts Technical skills: * Terraform as foundation of IaC * AWS knowledge (Organizations, SCP, Identity and Access Management) * Proficient in automation, test-first, and continuous delivery * Git "Native" and understanding of
