The IT Analyst / Support Engineer (L1/L2) will provide first- and second-line technical support across Precision Printing's multi-site print and manufacturing operations. The role is hands-on and user-facing, supporting office staff, production teams, and management to ensure IT systems remain reliable, secure, and fit for a fast-paced production environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in day-to-day IT operations, incident resolution, and continuous service improvement while supporting business-critical systems., * Act as a primary point of contact for IT incidents and service requests.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues relating to desktops, laptops, printers, applications, and connectivity.
- Provide IT support for print production systems, shop-floor PCs, and associated peripherals.
- Support network-connected printers, label printers, and specialist production equipment.
- Support Windows 11 endpoints and Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
- Manage Active Directory / Azure AD (Entra ID) user accounts, permissions, and group policies.
- Assist with basic network troubleshooting (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, leased lines).
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including account creation, access provisioning, and leaver procedures.
- Assist with MFA, password management, endpoint protection, and patching.
- Assist with IT projects such as infrastructure upgrades, site rollouts, and system migrations.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Relevant IT qualification (HNC/HND, BSc, or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience in an IT Support / Service Desk / IT Analyst role (L1/L2).
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.
- Experience supporting users in a multi-site or operational environment.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a production-critical environment., * IT qualification (HNC/HND, BSc, or equivalent experience): 1 year (required)
