IT Service Desk Support - Temporary Opportunity North Nottinghamshire Full Time Temporary Assignment, Up to £30,000 dependent on experience.We are currently recruiting for 2 temporary IT Service Desk Support staff to join a busy and supportive organisation based in North Nottinghamshire. This role will involve providing first-line IT support across the business, assisting users with technical issues, logging support tickets, and ensuring IT queries are resolved efficiently. Key responsibilities:
- Acting as the first point of contact for IT support queries
- Logging and managing helpdesk tickets
- Supporting users with password resets, Microsoft 365, login issues, printers, and basic troubleshooting
- Assisting with laptop and hardware setup
- Escalating more complex issues to the wider IT team
- Providing excellent customer service and user support at all times
- Supporting a fast-paced IT environment with a proactive approach
Requirements
- Previous IT support or service desk experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Confidence using multiple systems and troubleshooting IT issues
- A proactive and organised approach to work
- The ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
