Job description

Day to day will be focused on handling helpdesk tickets, resolving first-line issues and supporting Microsoft 365, Exchange and Active Directory.

Requirements

They need someone who's had at least 1 years experience in IT support, service desk or technician background, comfortable managing workload, and able to deal with non-technical users without overcomplicating things. It's about being reliable, clear in your communication, and getting things fixed.

You'll need a good grounding in

  • Day-to-day IT support across users, devices and systems.

  • Microsoft 365

  • Exchange

  • Active Directory
