- Managing incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and directing enquiries appropriately
- Performing data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
- Organising and maintaining files, records, and correspondence in both digital and physical formats
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Supporting team members with various clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, and filing
- Preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as required
