Job description
We are recruiting for a reliable and organised Exams & Data Support Administrator to join a busy school support team in ME14. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator who is confident managing school data systems and supporting the smooth running of examinations and student records.
The successful candidate will play a key role supporting the school's exams and data functions, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and efficiency across administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the coordination and administration of internal and external examinations
- Assist with maintaining accurate student data and records
- Input, update, and manage information using school data systems
- Prepare examination materials, timetables, seating plans, and reports
- Ensure compliance with exam regulations and school procedures
- Support attendance, assessment, and reporting processes
- Liaise with teaching staff, students, and external exam bodies where required
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy across all administrative tasks
- Provide general administrative support to the wider school office team
Requirements
Do you have experience in Organizational skills?, * Previous experience within a school office, exams, or data administration role
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident using school systems such as SIMS, Arbor, or Bromcom
- Good IT skills including Microsoft Office
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines during busy exam periods
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
Desirable:
- Experience supporting secondary school examinations
- Knowledge of school census, attendance, or assessment data
- Experience working in a fast-paced education environment
