- ·Provide excellent customer support to patients and medical professionals.
- Perform general clerical duties, such as filing, completing clerical and administrative work, including scanning, and indexing of all letters and documents.
- Collect, Code and review complex patient data.
- Ensure GDPR and compliance in all data handling.
- Support clinical audits and quality improvement projects as set out by Team Leader
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, patients, and external agencies
- Working closely, supporting Clinical Staff, Secretaries Team and Office Staff
- Deal with emails from internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Assist with general queries from the public with professionalism and confidentiality
- Calling patients and professionals such as hospitals, care homes, pharmacies and other third parties to gain information required.
- Supporting other Teams in Reception and Call centre handling during extremely busy periods or covering holidays., Our organisation acknowledges the duty of care to safeguard, protect and promote the welfare of children and adults, and is committed to ensuring our safeguarding practice reflects statutory responsibilities, government guidance and complies with best practice and requirements.

This vital role involves providing outstanding administrative services, whilst working under pressure in a busy environment. We are looking for applicants with a flexible, proactive and adaptable approach with a strong focus on patient care., * Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload effectively.
- ·Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to be empathetic and compassionate, with a desire to make a difference in patients' lives.
- Attention to detail for accurate data entry and processing.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, essential for face-to-face patient care and over the phone.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Packages for email, calendar, and document management
- Strong IT and analytical skills
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Wants to be a part of a caring team and medical practice with excellent customer care skills
This role will involve a high degree of confidentiality, good communication skills and excellent customer service. You will need to be comfortable working in a high-pressure environment and using your own initiative.
Desirable skills:

Experience in the NHS and/or using SystmOne

Previously working in a GP surgery or medical centre.

Advanced IT skills

Prior experience working with data administration in healthcare, NHS, or similar medical environment., * GCSE or equivalent (required)

- On-site parking, This is a permanent position, and we are looking for applicants with availability to work over 2 days per week, with the possibility to do extra hours in the call centre or reception. The days required are Wednesday 8.00-1.00 pm and Fridays all day. The candidate must be available to work until 5.30/6.00pm on a Friday.
