Job description

Comprehensive 8-week AI training programme as part of your induction, you will receive hands-on training from the ground up, no prior-experience of AI is needed:

  • AI Promoting and the different model tools
  • The different Tech Company offerings: ChatGPT, Claude and Google Gemini.
  • AI Agents & Automation.
  • Operational AI systems.
  • Creating content with AI such as photos videos and files.

The goal is to make you an AI super-user before your core operational responsibilities fully begin. This is not a standard operations role. we are building the next generation of operational leadership using modern technology and AI-enhanced systems., The Operations Network Manger is responsible for maintaining TradesTeam Emergency response field Engineers network, this fun dynamic role is run from our command centre in real time whilst having full control and allowing you to send any engineer to any location at any time you require them.

What success looks like:

  • Being Calm in a fast-moving operational environment.
  • Analyse demand patterns and bottlenecks.
  • Coordinate uptime, coverage, availability and rapid response times.
  • Trial and error mindset to try in stages new ideas to create an optimised.
  • Monitoring our command centre screens and relevant systems.
  • Creating financial metrics such as profitability, costs, and time, quality metrics
  • Operational resilience during periods of surge demand and infrastructure pressure.
  • Having a great rapport with the team so they embrace your leadership.

Requirements

Do you have a valid Driving License license?, Do you have experience in Leadership?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Proven experience in Operations showing a decade of passion in the field.

  • Spot demand Patterns and anticipate those requirements.
  • Thinking of people, tools, vehicles with a Systems mindset
  • Think Scale, Think Big.
  • Tools such as Power BI / google / Monday.com / Notion / Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Performance based KPI's, and reward our team according to that, Use of smart, funny engaging and financial based rewards for the whole team.

Preferred Qualifications / Experiences:

  • Bachelor and or Master's Degree or MBA in logistics & Supply Chain, Operations Management.
  • A background in either Emergency response coordination, Utilities & power infrastructure, facilities management.
  • Industry Certifications is preferrable PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma, Supply Chain Logistics Qualifications, ILM leadership.
