Job description

UST is searching for an experienced Full Stack Engineer with 8-10 years of experience to lead the design, development, and delivery of modern web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Node.js and React, along with experience in scalable architecture, cloud platforms, and DevOps practices.

The opportunity:

  • Lead the architecture, design, and development of modern, scalable web applications using Node.js and React.

  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

  • Drive best practices in coding standards, testing, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps processes.

  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams through code reviews, pair programming, and guidance.

  • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.

  • Contribute to technical roadmaps, architectural decisions, and strategic planning.

  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Responsive design?, * 8-10 years of professional experience in software development

  • Strong expertise in Node.js and React.js

  • Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs

  • Strong knowledge of RDBMS (Oracle or similar databases)

  • Experience with microservices architecture

  • Solid understanding of front-end performance optimization and responsive design

  • Proficiency with modern tools: Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills

  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with serverless architectures and container orchestration (Kubernetes)

  • Familiarity with testing frameworks such as React Testing Library

  • Exposure to Java technologies (e.g., Groovy)

  • Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases

  • Experience in Agile delivery environments and DevOps culture, fullstack,node.js,react,rest api,aws webservice

UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below., Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They and their dependents residing in Canada are eligible for Supplemental Healthcare coverage, as well as Company-paid Employee Only basic life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment coverage.

Full-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year). They and their dependents residing in Canada are eligible for Supplemental Healthcare coverage, as well as Company-paid Employee Only basic life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment coverage.

Part-time regular and temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year).

All Canadian employees who work in a province, territory or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws., Compensation range: $ 104,000.00 to 130,000.00 per year
