Job description
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets using SQL, R, Python, and ETL tools such as Talend and VBA to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports with Tableau, Power BI, Looker, and other visualization platforms to communicate key findings effectively.
- Design and implement database structures in Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, or similar systems to support scalable data storage solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile project management practices to deliver timely insights aligned with business priorities.
- Conduct business analysis by translating stakeholder requirements into technical specifications and actionable data solutions.
- Manage the entire SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) for analytics projects from planning through deployment and maintenance.
- Utilize scripting languages such as Bash (Unix shell) for automation tasks and data processing workflows to increase efficiency.
- Support database design efforts by applying best practices in relational database architecture and linked data principles.
- Create detailed process diagrams using Visio to document workflows and system architecture for clarity and future reference.

- Hands-on experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker for creating compelling dashboards.
- Familiarity with ETL processes using Talend or equivalent tools for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
- Knowledge of programming languages including R and Python for statistical analysis and automation tasks.
- Understanding of Business Analysis techniques to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions effectively.
- Experience working within Agile environments following project management best practices.
- Skills in database design, linked data concepts, and SDLC methodologies to support scalable analytics initiatives.
