Job description

We're partnering with a growing manufacturing company that's looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join their team! This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and takes pride in delivering top-tier customer support. You'll be the go-to contact for customer accounts across the U.S. and internationally - managing orders, resolving issues, and ensuring every interaction reflects exceptional service. What You'll Do: Manage and support key customer accounts, ensuring orders, quotes, and inquiries are handled accurately and on time. Communicate order lead times, confirmations, and updates clearly to customers. Partner with internal teams to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency. Help coach and support teammates, promoting collaboration and continuous improvement. Maintain organized documentation, KPIs, and standard operating procedures. Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues, coordinating with leadership when needed. Utilize ERP and CRM systems (Salesforce experience a plus) to manage data and workflow., Sometimes Jobot is required to perform background checks with your authorization. Requirements

Prior customer service experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment. Strong ERP knowledge and comfort with Microsoft Office (Excel Pivot Tables, Outlook, etc.). Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and follow-through. Team-oriented, proactive, and passionate about creating a great customer experience.
