Scrum Master

Note : Need independent consultants with 10+ years of experience Work Experience :

• At least 5 years of direct work experience in a full-time Scrum Master role.
• At least 8 years of experience delivering features on a product/software team

Skills :

• Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Strong knowledge of agile & scrum values and principles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including verbal, written, synchronous, and asynchronous.
• Ability to lead and facilitate others in stressful or uncomfortable situations.
• Facilitation skills for teams and larger group events & workshops to reach intended outcomes.
• Agile Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool (e.g. Jira) configuration expertise Configuration or local admin skills in team virtual collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams/Zoom, Confluence (wiki), and tool such as Miro/Mural Ability to learn, understand, and apply new technologies.
