Job description

UW Hillel, located on the University of Wisconsin-Madison Campus, is looking for a part-time Development Operations and Data Coordinator to maintain our ever-growing donor database. This position will work closely with our Director of Operations, Development Officer and CEO., Gift processing across multiple donation platforms

  • Acknowledgements, billing, pledge reconciliations

  • Manual syncing between databases

  • Database hygiene, deduplication, regular reporting

Requirements

Do you have experience in Office experience?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * 1-3+ years of relevant experience in office environment

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

· Knowledge of Donor Management software such as Little Green Light, Salesforce WIX, Canva, Monday.com, a plus but not required
