Software Engineer

• Design and develop new software applications and system solutions to support manufacturing operations
• Analyze user and operational needs to deliver practical, scalable systems
• Design systems that integrate with machine-level programs, databases, and APIs
• Develop and maintain applications using Python, VBA, MS Access, and related tools
• Build clear, user-friendly interfaces for non-technical end users
• Create and manage complex queries, reports, and data outputs
• Work closely with project stakeholders to meet specifications and deadlines
• Recommend and implement system upgrades to improve efficiency and data flow
• Collaborate with a small development team and manufacturing personnel at all levels
• Create flowcharts, documentation, and user guides for new and existing systems
• Perform routine software maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancements
• Take ownership of projects through design, development, testing, and go-live
