Job description

This role is part of Bright Vision Technologies' in-house Statement of Work (SOW) engagement. The client, end customer, and employer for this position is Bright Vision Technologies - there is no third-party client, vendor, or implementation partner involved. We do not engage in C2C, 1099, or third-party arrangements for this role. BUT STRICTLY NO C2C/1099/3RD PARTY COMPANIES. ALL OUR ROLES ARE W2 AND NO 3RD PARTY BROKERING PLEASE. Candidates must be willing to work directly as a full-time W2 employee of Bright Vision Technologies and contribute to our in-house SOW deliverables. No new H1B sponsorship is available for this role. However, candidates who are currently on a valid H1B visa and require a transfer are welcome to apply. We will support H1B transfers for qualified candidates. For every role, a technical coding assessment is mandatory. Please apply only if you are confident in your technical abilities and hands-on experience., We are looking for an experienced Solutions Architect to design and govern enterprise-grade application architectures spanning cloud platforms, integration ecosystems, data domains, and large business application portfolios. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering leaders to translate strategic objectives into pragmatic, scalable, and maintainable technology solutions that align with enterprise architecture standards. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of breadth across modern cloud and integration stacks, depth in at least one major enterprise platform, and the ability to communicate technical trade-offs clearly to both engineering teams and executive leadership., * Define end-to-end solution architectures for enterprise applications covering application, integration, data, security, and infrastructure layers.

  • Partner with business stakeholders to capture functional and non-functional requirements and translate them into reference architectures and target-state designs.
  • Lead architecture review boards, evaluating proposed designs against enterprise standards, security policies, and long-term roadmap considerations.
  • Design integration strategies across SaaS, on-premise, and hybrid landscapes, leveraging API gateways, event streaming, and managed integration platforms.
  • Establish architecture principles, technology selection guidelines, and reusable patterns for use across multiple delivery teams.
  • Collaborate with security architects to embed identity, data protection, and compliance controls into solution designs from the outset.
  • Produce high-quality architecture artifacts including context diagrams, component models, sequence diagrams, and decision records.
  • Guide cloud migration, modernization, and re-platforming initiatives with a focus on cost, performance, and resilience.
  • Support proof-of-concept development to validate critical architectural choices before broader adoption.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams during solution delivery.
  • Track emerging technologies and recommend strategic investments that align with business priorities.
  • Drive standardization across application portfolios to reduce technical debt and operational complexity.
  • Engage with vendors and platform partners to evaluate roadmap fit and negotiate technical commitments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Eight or more years of experience in software engineering or solution architecture roles.
  • Demonstrated experience architecting enterprise applications across at least two major cloud platforms.
  • Strong expertise in integration patterns, API design, and event-driven architectures.
  • Deep familiarity with at least one major enterprise platform such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or Workday.
  • Working knowledge of identity, security, and data governance frameworks at enterprise scale.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience producing formal architecture artifacts and presenting them to senior leadership.
  • Track record of leading architecture reviews and influencing engineering direction across teams.
  • Strong understanding of cost optimization, scalability, and resilience trade-offs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • TOGAF, AWS, Azure, or GCP architecture certifications.
  • Experience with large-scale ERP, CRM, or HCM transformation programs.
  • Exposure to regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, or life sciences.
  • Familiarity with enterprise architecture tooling such as LeanIX, Ardoq, or Sparx EA.
  • Experience driving cloud governance, FinOps, and cost transparency initiatives.
