Job description

  • Develop and maintain complex and diverse software systems, including specialized applications.
  • Architect and implement RESTful APIs and optimize database performance.
  • Engineer advanced capabilities for cyber threat identification using intelligence-derived data.
  • Provide expertise in data visualization and Python development within a Windows environment., * Develop, maintain, and enhance complex and diverse software systems based on documented requirements.
  • Architect and implement RESTful Web Services.
  • Perform software testing and resolve problem reports, ensuring adherence to design requirements.
  • Conduct requirements analysis and synthesis from system level to individual software components.
  • Utilize Java and Spring frameworks for application development.
  • Design, optimize, and manage databases, including PostgreSQL and Elasticsearch.
  • Implement DevOps practices, including Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) with GitLab.
  • Develop and integrate advanced algorithms.
  • Support data visualization initiatives.
  • Work with Python in a Windows environment.
  • Integrate SIGINT (Signals Intelligence)-derived capabilities for cyber threat identification.
  • Provide specific input to system design, including hardware/software trade-offs and software reuse., The software engineer will support a widely-used application that provides data visualization through Microsoft Power BI dashboards. Provide Power BI expertise to the development team, work with customers to resolve complex Power BI issues, and fulfill new data ingest requests.

Requirements

Candidates must already possess an active Top Secret/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph within the last 7 years to be considered., * Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
