Preferred: Associate degree in healthcare information technology, information technology, or a related field., Required: 2-6 years of experience in healthcare IT support or related field OR Associate degree in healthcare information technology, information technology, or a related field. Skills: Knowledge of computer hardware, including CPU's, RAM, Hard Drives, etc. Exceptional written and oral communication skills Exception interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building Strong documentation skills Understanding of TCP/IP based networking Work well with minimal supervision showing clear direction and initiative Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
