Information Technology Specialist

This part-time hybrid role for an Information Technology Support Technician is based in Lake Elsinore, CA, with the flexibility to perform some tasks remotely. The role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, repairing computers, and conducting regular maintenance on desktop computers and printers. You will also assist clients by addressing their IT inquiries and ensuring optimal system performance.

• Proficiency with Desktop Computers and Printer Support
• Ability to perform Computer Repair with attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team setting
• Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment (on-site customer visits and remotely)
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) are a plus, * 2+ years of work experience with Software Installation
• Valid driver's license
