- Collect, organize, and analyze marketing, customer, and sales data to evaluate campaign performance and ROI.
- Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Apply statistical models, attribution methods, and predictive analytics to improve targeting and measure marketing effectiveness.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to identify opportunities for campaign optimization.
- Conduct experiments (A/B testing, multivariate testing) and interpret results to guide decision-making.
- Support the development and refinement of marketing mix models and customer segmentation strategies.
- Monitor industry trends, data sources, and analytical tools to enhance marketing measurement.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with privacy regulations.

This role combines marketing expertise with advanced analytics to measure performance, generate insights, and optimize marketing strategies. The ideal candidate is passionate about turning complex data into actionable recommendations that drive business growth., * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics, data science, or a related role.
- Proficiency in Google Sheet, Vlookup, Pivot.
- Experience with digital marketing channels (search, social, display, email) and measurement frameworks.
- Familiarity with attribution modeling, customer lifetime value analysis, and marketing mix modeling.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights in business terms.
- Detail-oriented, curious, and proactive problem-solver.
Preferred Skills:
- Background in experimental design and causal inference.
- Understanding of consumer behavior and market research methodologies.
