Roles & Responsibilities
-
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements across the end-to-end trade lifecycle (Front, Middle, Back Office)

Act as key liaison between business stakeholders (trading, operations, compliance) and technology teams

Drive deep understanding of trade lifecycle processes including trade capture, confirmation, settlement, reconciliation, and asset servicing
-
Perform process analysis and identify optimization / automation opportunities across trade operations
-
Support solution design and functional workflows in collaboration with architecture and development teams
-
Create and maintain BRD, FRD, user stories, and process flow documentation in Agile environments
-
Conduct data analysis, validation, and reconciliation for trade and transaction data
-
Lead/support SIT/UAT testing, test case creation, and defect resolution
-
Identify and implement GenAI use cases (documentation automation, trade exception analysis, insights generation)
-
Collaborate with AI teams on prompt design, validation, and business alignment of AI outputs
-
Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements (financial regulations, messaging standards)

Drive stakeholder communication, governance updates, and issue resolution
Requirements
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Strong experience in Agile / Scrum methodology

Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Effective documentation and presentation skills

Basic understanding of GenAI concepts

Experience with tools like Microsoft Copilot / Azure OpenAI

Knowledge of prompt engineering fundamentals

Ability to map business problems to AI/GenAI solutions, Qualifications : BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE
