Enetics Networks is seeking a skilled, customer-focused Associate Systems/Network Administrator who enjoys solving deeper technical issues, communicating with customers and comfortable handling Tier 1 support when needed. This hybrid role is typical of a small Managed Service Provider. You'll work on escalations, system administration tasks, and small projects, while also jumping in on frontline tickets to keep our clients running smoothly., As a Tier 2 member of our Support Team, you will:
- Handle a mix of Tier 2 escalations and Tier 1 support requests, depending on urgency and client needs.
- Troubleshoot complex issues involving Windows, macOS, networking, cloud services, and business applications.
- Support and administer Microsoft 365, Active Directory, endpoint security tools, and common line-of-business systems.
- Assist with system updates, patching, backups, and routine maintenance.
- Configure and deploy workstations, network devices, and software solutions.
- Monitor system and network performance, identifying issues before they impact clients.
- Document troubleshooting steps, system changes, and environment configurations.
- Collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure improvements and small project work.
- Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and delivering exceptional service.
Requirements
Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in macOS?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * 1-3 years of experience resolving Tier 2-level issues in an MSP or similar environment.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows OS, macOS, networking fundamentals, and Microsoft 365.
- Experience with Active Directory administration.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative, customer focused mindset.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Able to read, write, and understand technical instructions and documentation.
- Ability to lift 20 lbs occasionally in a business setting.
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and willingness to travel locally to client sites.
- Must reside in the greater Seattle-Tacoma region.
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant coursework in IT, networking, or computer science
- Industry certifications (CompTIA A+/Network+/Security+, Microsoft, Cisco, etc.).
- Prior customer service experience.
- Familiarity with RMM tools, ticketing systems, and remote support platforms., * IT support: 3 years (Required)
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
