Job description
Our client is seeking an experienced IT Project/Program Manager to provide formalized leadership and work direction to assigned teams while ensuring timely and effective project execution. This role is responsible for planning and directing Information Technology projects that typically involve and impact multiple business areas. The successful candidate will lead and coordinate technology projects with business partners to deliver IT capabilities and solutions aligned with enterprise objectives., * Provide formalized leadership and continuing work direction to assigned teams, ensuring timely and effective project execution
- Plan and direct the installation of Information Technology projects across multiple business areas
- Lead and coordinate technology projects with business partners to deliver IT capabilities and solutions aligned with enterprise objectives
- Ensure successful execution of project roadmaps, budget management, and stakeholder alignment while mitigating risks and optimizing resources
- Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports
- Secure required resources and use formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks, and changes
- Manage stakeholder relationships and provide executive-level project oversight
- Lead the continuous improvement of IT governance frameworks
- Oversee employee development, coaching, and ongoing performance management
- Lead M365 implementations including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform
Requirements
Do you have experience in Technical solutions implementation?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
- 6-10 years of experience leading IT projects, managing cross-functional teams, and overseeing technical implementations
- Strong understanding of project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Confluence, Azure DevOps)
- Experience leading M365 implementations (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform)
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based collaboration tools and enterprise IT infrastructure, * Experience in Agile project management
- Knowledge of IT governance frameworks
- Experience with financial forecasting and strategic planning
- Project management certification (PMP, Agile, etc.)
