Job description
- Develop, implement, and maintain advanced statistical models, machine learning algorithms, and predictive analytics solutions to address business challenges across various domains. * Clean, transform, and analyze large, complex datasets from disparate sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights. * Design and execute A/B tests and other experimental designs to evaluate the impact of new features, products, or strategies. * Communicate complex analytical findings and recommendations clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through presentations, reports, and dashboards. * Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy models into production systems and monitor their performance. * Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence, evaluating and recommending new technologies or techniques. * Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to building a strong data science community within the organization.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to a data-driven culture that values innovation and impact., * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field. * 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar analytical role, with a strong portfolio of projects. * Proficiency in Python (NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch) and SQL for data manipulation and analysis. * Strong understanding of statistical modelling, machine learning algorithms (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, time series), and experimental design. * Experience with big data technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, or similar distributed computing frameworks. * Demonstrated ability to translate complex business problems into actionable data science solutions. * Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills with a proven ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience. Qualifications
- Ph.D. in a quantitative field. * Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. * Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn). * Publications in reputable conferences or journals in data science or related fields.
