Must have
- Experienced with Agile Scrum methodology and business analysis methodologies
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal understands communication channels and escalates appropriately
- CSM SAFePSM certification
- Maintaining the team backlog with input Agile Release Train ART stakeholders facilitate building editing and maintaining the team backlog
- Review and reprioritize the backlog as part of the prep work for iteration planning including coordination of dependencies with other Pos
- Elaborate backlog stories for implementation
- Maintain adherence to two iterations worth of stories ready in the team backlog at all times
- Accountable to get the stories accepted as they get done
- Accountable to team oriented decision making Serves as the authority for stories meeting business intent responsible to requirement completeness
- Participate in team demo and retrospective to demonstrate team deliverables and continuous improvement
- Coordinates dependencies with other SMs
- Facilitate Backlog grooming
- Prioritizes teams work
- Accept stories release to System Team
- Team decision maker
- Leads continuous improvement for team
- Accountable for teams success in meeting feature fulfilment
Requirements
Do you have experience in Writing skills?, * Working knowledge of business analysis documentation standards
- Handson experience writing user stories is must
- Must be able to see tasks through to completion without significant guidance
