Job description
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of IT systems and infrastructure. You will provide high-quality user support while maintaining strict standards in terms of procedures, documentation, and data protection. You will work in an environment where confidentiality, security, and precision are critical, especially when handling sensitive systems and data., * Provide user support by managing incidents and problems, ensuring timely resolution in line with internal SLAs
- Onboard and assist new users, guiding them on tools, processes, and best practices
- Support daily IT operations, including asset management and user account administration
- Deploy, configure, and maintain workstations and IT equipment
- Manage and support network infrastructure (switching, configuration, connectivity)
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to internal procedures
- Contribute to maintaining a secure, stable, and efficient IT environment
Requirements
You will join a dynamic and collaborative IT team focused on service quality, operational excellence, and continuous improvement., * Strong experience with Microsoft Intune (device management, patching, updates)
- Good knowledge of SCCM
- Solid understanding of Active Directory (users, groups, permissions)
- Experience with hardware diagnostics and troubleshooting
- Disk management (cloning, wiping, antivirus analysis, BitLocker)
- Strong knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 environments
- Experience with ticketing tools and incident management processes
- Familiarity with Jira
- Knowledge of network switching (Cisco, Huawei)
- Experience with SharePoint and OneDrive
- Understanding of access control systems
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure (Entra ID)
Nice to Have
- Experience with WSUS or similar update tools
- Knowledge of VMware / VCloud Director
- Familiarity with IIS
- Scripting skills (PowerShell)
- Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, OP5, etc.)
- Knowledge of VPN solutions (Fortinet)
- Experience managing endpoint security tools
Profile
- At least 5 years of experience in IT system and network administration
- Experience in environments requiring high levels of security and reliability is a strong asset
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously

- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn
