Job description
Working in new business in Daikin, you will have much flexibility to give your own direction and input to your role. You are a young talent with an international mindset and are willing to take on more responsibilities in a fast growing environment. Process Engineer and Key User You will work closely with the Turnkey engineering manager and will have the following main responsibilities:
- As key user and process owner of the turnkey administrative flows, you need to have a deep knowledge of the administrative and financial flows of Turnkey systems (CRM SAP, Salesforce, SAP)
- Support affiliates subsidiaries in proper usage of software's through regular meeting and KPI's.
- Follow up the system enhancement IT projects to ensure that the business requirements are reached (foreseen implementation of new PM Software). Work in close collaboration with the different DENV departments
- Develop and implement standardized operational processes in the different affiliates companies across EMEA region by delivering trainings, organizing workshops and follow up implementation.
- Support the development and implementation of Energy Management System (EMS) service offering in close collaboration with business development and engineering. Manage EMS software, dashboards, or energy monitoring platforms.
- Turnkey community ambassador you will promote the turnkey business organizing workshops and coordinating work groups.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Salesforce?, * Minimum 3 years professional experience in a business environment of system and processes.

A good knowledge of ERP systems, softwares and processes.

Experience in follow up IT projects and specific knowledge in CRM, Salesforces or SAP are nice-to-have

Engagement with others for a collaborative approach

Results orientated with the ability to plan and deliver against project deadlines

Analytical with keen attention to detail and accuracy

You will be located in the EMEA HQ in Brussels and are willing to travel.
