Senior BI Developer (Dutch Speaking)

Design, develop, and maintain advanced KPI dashboards and business reports using Microsoft Power BI

• Work with business stakeholders to gather reporting and analytics requirements

• Build and optimize data models for performance and scalability

• Develop DAX measures, Power Query transformations, and complex calculations

• Integrate and manage data workflows using Microsoft Fabric-based architecture

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and automation of reporting processes

• Translate business KPIs into clear, actionable dashboards for decision-making

• Collaborate with cross-functional and Dutch-speaking stakeholders

Do you have experience in Scalability?, We are seeking a highly experienced Senior BI Developer with strong expertise in designing and developing enterprise-level KPI dashboards. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in BI development, advanced reporting solutions, and modern data platforms, along with fluency in Dutch for stakeholder communication., Minimum 8+ years of experience in BI, data analytics, or dashboard development

• Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Power BI

• Experience working with Microsoft Fabric and modern data architecture

• Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts

• Advanced knowledge of DAX, Power Query, and SQL

• Proven experience in building enterprise-level KPI dashboards

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Language Requirement

• Fluent Dutch speaker (mandatory) for business communication and reporting

Preferred Skills

• Experience with large-scale enterprise BI systems

• Knowledge of Azure data services or cloud data platforms

• Experience working in international or EU-based projects

• Ability to lead BI reporting strategy and dashboard architecture
