Junior Design Engineer

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Design Engineer to support the development of products that are both innovative and manufacturable at scale. In this role, you'll collaborate with design, engineering, and production teams to ensure that new product designs can be efficiently and reliably manufactured using existing or planned processes., * Assist in evaluating product designs for manufacturability, assembly, and cost-effectiveness

• Layout jobs with manufacturing efficiency in mind, optimizing workflow and minimizing production bottlenecks
• Create block-up models aligned with current manufacturing processes and capabilities
• Produce product job packs that clearly outline job-specific requirements and instructions for production teams
• Collaborate with product design engineers to recommend design changes for improved manufacturing outcomes
• Work with suppliers and internal manufacturing teams to align on design intent and feasibility
• Create and maintain documentation related to DFM guidelines, process flows, and best practices
• Help troubleshoot manufacturing issues related to design and suggest improvements
• Participate in design reviews and support prototyping activities
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on manufacturing efficiency and product quality

Do you have experience in Plastics injection molding?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
• Understanding of manufacturing processes such as injection molding, CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, etc.
• Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorksPowershape)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and collaboration skills
