Full-Stack AI Engineer

Our client in the Information Technology and Services industry is looking for a Senior Full-Stack AI Engineer to build and support an end-to-end AI-enabled helpdesk platform across web UI, APIs, agent orchestration, and enterprise workflow automation environments. This role will combine full-stack software engineering expertise with AI-driven workflow development to deliver scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade support solutions. The successful candidate will contribute across frontend, backend, API, and AI orchestration layers while supporting enterprise integrations, workflow automation, and production-grade application delivery within a highly collaborative engineering environment. What you will do:

• Design and build user-facing applications for employees, support agents, and administrators.
• Develop frontend, backend, and API layers supporting chat, ticket submission, status tracking, and escalation workflows.
• Build LLM and agent-based workflows to automate repetitive IT helpdesk activities including password resets, account unlocks, software access requests, and knowledge-based troubleshooting.
• Integrate solutions with ticketing, identity, collaboration, and ITSM platforms.
• Implement prompt flows, guardrails, fallback logic, and human handoff mechanisms suitable for enterprise environments.
• Own feature delivery activities from solution design through deployment and production support.
• Develop and maintain REST APIs, workflow services, and production-grade web applications.
• Support secure integration patterns including authentication, RBAC, logging, and secure coding practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and resilient enterprise applications.
• Support troubleshooting, optimization, and continuous improvement activities across AI-enabled workflows and platform services.

• Strong full-stack engineering experience using modern frontend and backend frameworks.
• Experience with Python, Node.js, or Java.
• Experience building REST APIs, workflow services, and production-grade web applications.
• Working knowledge of LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and agent or tool-calling patterns.
• Familiarity with authentication, RBAC, logging, and secure coding practices.
• Experience integrating enterprise platforms and workflow automation solutions.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and software engineering capabilities.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk, Microsoft Teams, Slack, or telephony and chat integrations is preferred.
• Experience building internal enterprise support tools is preferred.
• Experience working within enterprise or regulated technology environments is preferred.
