Job description

  • Internal career development program, As part of our Onsite Support Team in Stoneleigh, you'll be responsible for exactly the areas that really inspire you:
  • Provide day to day desktop support
  • Handle inbound calls and answer questions
  • Troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software and application issues in a ticketing system
  • Installation, configuration and set-up of complex IT systems
  • Commissioning and maintenance of IT systems (MS Windows 10, MS Active Directory, etc.)
  • Hardware repairs and second-level support tasks using a ticketing system
  • Creation of system documentation

Requirements

Do you have experience in Windows?, * 18 months of IT experience (or equivalent)

  • Ability to build relationships
  • Excellent time management skill
  • Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products
  • Fluency in English
