Job description

You will be responsible for providing technical support and services to external customers. Projects will be varied and will see you engage with clients on a day to day basis across systems analysis, delivery of software upgrades and systems testing and support.

What you will be doing:

  • Diagnosis and resolution of 1st-3rd line support issues.

  • Ongoing analysis and day to day maintenance of both internal and client based systems.

  • Testing new products to ensure readiness for clients.

  • Roll out of upgrades to clients.

  • On-boarding of new clients.

  • Work on a variety of projects.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Windows?, This is an excellent opportunity to take your first steps in a technical role. An interest in tech is essential however you do not need to have a deep level of technical knowledge. You will enjoy problem solving and want to work in a client facing role. In addition you will:

  • Be analytical and enjoy working through problems to a complete resolution.

  • You will enjoy communicating with both clients and internal team mates.

  • You will have an organised and methodical approach to tasks.

  • You can demonstrate high levels of attention to detail.

Any exposure to any of the following will be advantageous:

  • Microsoft SQL server.

  • Understanding of SQL queries and data manipulation.

  • Networks architecture, IT security and Active Directory.
