Job description
You will be responsible for providing technical support and services to external customers. Projects will be varied and will see you engage with clients on a day to day basis across systems analysis, delivery of software upgrades and systems testing and support.
What you will be doing:

Diagnosis and resolution of 1st-3rd line support issues.

Ongoing analysis and day to day maintenance of both internal and client based systems.

Testing new products to ensure readiness for clients.
-
Roll out of upgrades to clients.
-
On-boarding of new clients.

Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, This is an excellent opportunity to take your first steps in a technical role. An interest in tech is essential however you do not need to have a deep level of technical knowledge. You will enjoy problem solving and want to work in a client facing role. In addition you will:

Be analytical and enjoy working through problems to a complete resolution.

You will enjoy communicating with both clients and internal team mates.

You will have an organised and methodical approach to tasks.

You can demonstrate high levels of attention to detail.
Any exposure to any of the following will be advantageous:

Microsoft SQL server.

Understanding of SQL queries and data manipulation.

Networks architecture, IT security and Active Directory.
