Job description
Wakefield Council are seeking a Transformation Manager to support the Educational Psychology Service with service transformation, sustainability, and SEND reform readiness.
Working alongside the Principal Educational Psychologist, you will lead strategic improvement activity, turning insight into action to strengthen service delivery and future-proof provision., * Lead service transformation aligned to SEND reforms and local priorities
- Review and improve service delivery models for efficiency and impact
- Analyse capacity, demand, and workforce planning requirements
- Support development of core and traded service offers
- Drive quality assurance and continuous improvement frameworks
- Support senior leaders and multi-agency partnerships
- Facilitate workshops, group work, and stakeholder engagement
Requirements
Do you have experience in Operations management?, * Experience delivering transformation or service improvement programmes
- Strong knowledge of SEND, education, or public sector services
- Ability to work at both strategic and operational levels
- Strong data analysis and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in workforce planning or service redesign (desirable), * SEND Service : 2 years (required)
- Operations management: 2 years (required)
- Assisting SEND Managers : 2 years (required)
