Join Bluelotus Technologies Limited as a Web Design and Development Specialist in our GB office. In this role, you will contribute to creating dynamic, user-friendly websites and applications that support our company's mission of technological excellence and innovation. Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites and web applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create seamless user experiences.
• Implement best practices in web design, UX, and front-end development.
• Optimize website performance for speed and scalability.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Maintain code integrity and organization using version control tools like Git.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Support ongoing website improvements and troubleshooting.
• Drive online traffic to the company website and track conversion rates to improve website performance and the customer journey.
• Improve the content and conversion performance of the company website.
• Use analytical tools to monitor website performance and implement changes to enhance visibility and user experience.
• Propose digital marketing strategies across all online channels, working closely with the Director to develop integrated paid and organic campaigns that increase brand awareness online.
• Develop and manage marketing campaigns to support channel and product growth, driving enquiries through a range of paid marketing activities, including search and PPC campaigns.
• Develop email marketing campaigns to engage both new and existing clients.
• Apply SEO techniques to improve the visibility and ranking of the company's websites.

Do you have experience in SQL?, * Proven experience in web design and front-end development.

• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks such as Angular or React.
• Experience with responsive web design principles.
• Familiarity with back-end technologies like SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Proficiency with version control systems such as Git.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles is a plus.
