Job description

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and analysing our digital gaming estate, generating insightful performance and content reports, and identifying opportunities to drive business growth through effective content development and management. Your expertise will add value to our organization by supporting business development and optimizing content deployment.

You will collaborate closely with business leads across the organization and develop strong relationships with external partners, ensuring our gaming content remains current, accurate, and aligned with customer needs. This is a diverse and stimulating role, offering fresh challenges every day-perfect for someone with an inquisitive mindset and a passion for numbers, data, and analysis., * Performance Monitoring: Analyse gaming product performance, working closely with key stakeholders to identify trends and opportunities.

  • Reporting & Visualization: Create, develop and maintain reports and dashboards using tools such as Tableau, delivering regular performance insights to internal departments and external customers.
  • Content Analysis: Evaluate gaming performance across the digital gaming machine estate, identifying areas to enhance the gaming offer and drive business results.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Product Management and Project Management teams to evolve and improve content reporting for stakeholders.
  • Game Development Support: Work with Game Development teams to understand the factors behind the success or failure of new content and initiatives, informing business stakeholders on developments.
  • Management Information: Assist in the development and use of management information metrics and reports to support effective gaming performance reviews.
  • Ad Hoc Reporting: Produce ad hoc reports as requested by Senior Management or other business units.
  • Estate Review: Proactively review estate performance at customer, regional, and national levels.
  • Trend Identification: Identify performance trends, growth opportunities, and potential risks.
  • Marketing Analysis: Support marketing analysis initiatives to inform business strategy.

Requirements

Do you have experience in VBA?, * Education: Degree in Maths, Accountancy, Science, Business, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum 12 months in a similar analytical role.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and VBA macros); experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate large volumes of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Attitude: Proactive, "can do" approach with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across teams and with external partners.
  • Industry Experience: Experience within the gambling industry is advantageous but not essential.
